1. About these terms

These Terms of Use govern your purchase and use of the digital products offered by JSX-Team through jsxteam.com. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

JSX-Team publishes and supports scripts for Adobe Illustrator. JSX-Team is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Adobe Inc. Adobe and Adobe Illustrator are trademarks of Adobe Inc.

2. Products

All products are downloadable digital files delivered as a ZIP archive. Each script package contains the protected .jsx script file, a README, a Quick-Start Guide and a User Guide in PDF format, a list of package contents and an important notice file.

Nothing is shipped physically and no subscription is created. Every purchase is a one-time payment for the product and license type shown at checkout.

3. Payments and Merchant of Record

All orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for every purchase. Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, order receipts, invoices and the calculation and remittance of applicable sales tax or VAT.

Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise at checkout. Your bank or card issuer may apply additional currency conversion fees, which are outside our control.

4. License grant

Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the scripts according to the license type selected at checkout. The complete license terms are included with every download.

• Individual License — one named user, installed on up to two devices owned by that user.
• Team License — up to ten named users within a single organisation. Licenses for more than ten users are available on request.
• Commercial use is included with both licenses: you may use the scripts to create artwork for clients, stock platforms and products, and you may sell or license the artwork you create.

5. Restrictions

• The script files may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, published, shared or bundled with other products.
• The script files may not be decompiled, deobfuscated, reverse engineered, modified, renamed, converted or otherwise altered.
• License keys, download links and purchase receipts may not be shared outside the licensed users.
• Access may be withdrawn without refund where these restrictions are breached.

6. System requirements and compatibility

The scripts are prepared and tested for Adobe Illustrator 2025 and Adobe Illustrator 2026 on macOS and Windows. Other Illustrator versions, beta builds, modified or unlicensed installations of Illustrator, and mobile or tablet versions of Illustrator are not verified and are not supported.

Compatibility is guaranteed only for the Illustrator versions stated above. Future major Illustrator releases and third-party modifications of the application are not covered by this guarantee. Where a future release requires changes, updates are published at our discretion and, when released, are made available free of charge to existing customers of the affected product.

7. Support

Support is provided by email at info@jsxteam.com. To help us resolve an issue quickly, include your order number, your Adobe Illustrator version, your operating system and a description or screenshot of the problem.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind beyond those required by applicable law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation in every possible document, workflow or system configuration.

You are responsible for keeping backups of your Adobe Illustrator documents and for testing the scripts on copies of your work. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JSX-Team is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of data, lost artwork, lost profit or business interruption. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms to reflect changes to our products or legal requirements. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order. Mandatory consumer rights under the law of your country of residence remain unaffected.
