FAQ

First, check the instructions for that particular script. Many scripts require the document and artwork to be prepared in a specific way.
Before reporting a problem, check that: the correct Illustrator document is open; the required object or objects are selected; the relevant layers and objects are visible and unlocked; the selected artwork is supported by the script; the required settings or options have been enabled; you are using a supported Illustrator version; the script file has not been opened, edited, renamed or converted.
If the script still does not work, restart Illustrator and try again on a copy of a simple test document. If the problem continues, contact JSX-Team and describe exactly what you selected, what you expected to happen and what happened instead. Include screenshots and any error message you received.
Because these are downloadable digital products that cannot be returned after delivery, purchases are final and non-refundable once the files have been accessed or downloaded, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
